Do You accept returns or exchanges after delivery?

Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation before submitting your order. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests! Once your order is submitted and sent to production, no changes or cancellations can be made.

What if an item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective or isn't what I ordered?

Message Seller within 21 days of order being placed. The wrong item or item damaged in transit will be replaced by Seller if Buyer will provide a photo of the damaged packaging and of the issue. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. Seller will gladly replace the item. Your happiness matters to us.

Can I cancel my order once it's been submitted?

All items are made to order and are sent to production within 1 to 2 hours of the order being submitted/purchased. If you immediately send us a message to cancel through Etsy, there is a small chance we will be able to stop it from going to production, and would therefore be able to cancel and refund the order. However, this is NOT a guarantee, so we recommend only submitting your order when you are fully ready to commit to the purchase.

If a sale starts after I place my order, will you refund the difference?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.

What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

It is the customer's responsibility to double check all info submitted for an order, especially the shipping address. Therefore, If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason, the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

For Digital Download Products - Do you accept return or cancellation?

Due to the nature of the digital download file, no refund or cancellation can be offered. If there's any problem with the image please contact us for further assistance.

What are the care instructions for this item?

For clothing items, please wash items inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, and do not iron directly on the design. What are the sizing details? What if it doesn't fit after I try it on? A detailed size chart is available in all listings. It is the buyer's responsibility to select the correct size.

I have ordered several of this type of tee with the colorful flowers. They are high quality and considerably thicker than most you purchase from the major chains. I definitely recommend these tees.
