🌸 I started hand embroidering on fashion clothes and bags over 20 years ago - and now on CONVERSE/VANS, an American icon, a classic shoe that cannot be missed!

I am excited to give your Chuck Taylor shoes a new look with beautiful embroidery inspired by nature.

All images, designs and text used by CUSTOMSHOEDESIGNSOHO are copyrighted and may not be copied, altered or resold.

1. DETAILS

Each pair of shoes is brand new from the brand store. Each pair is hand embroidered on demand, please make sure you choose the right shoe size before paying. The embroidery is durable and does not fade.

You will receive the embroidered Converse shoes as shown.

2. INDIVIDUAL EXPRESSION

You can embroider from:

- Your favorite flowers/animals/pictures... /-roses 🌻 🐸 🐍 🐈

- Your wedding photo including flowers/bouquets/names/wedding date/birthday,... anything you love 🗓 🎀

➡ I will send you the embroidery drawing before embroidering on the shoe. Or you can design the pattern according to the spatial shape of the shoe and send me the picture.

🌎 🌎 🌎 Custom embroidery patterns cost an additional $15 - $40, depending on the embroidery details.

3. NOTE:

On the Converse website, they recommend buying shoes half a size smaller because Converse shoes generally fit better than regular shoes.

However, we only recommend doing this if you have narrow feet, as the Converse Chuck Taylor All Stars and Converse Chuck 70s are standard size shoes but have a narrow fit.

If you have wider feet, you can go up a half size as they are quite snug and don't stretch too much due to the material.

If you already have a pair of Converse, just buy the same size.

4. SHIPPING TIMES

✨ Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking link so you can track your package.

We ship to your Etsy address, so please make sure the address you provide is correct and up to date.

✨ Production time is 5-7 days

✨ Production dates may vary due to volume. Please check my banner for estimated business hours.

Delivery time:
11 - 16 working days in Europe
12 - 15 working days in the US, Canada
13 - 19 working days, usually elsewhere.

4. RETURNS
✨ If there is a problem with your shoes (e.g. the wrong size), I will be happy to exchange them for you as long as you contact me within 7 days of receipt. The shoes must be in their original condition and unused.

✨ Please note that the buyer is responsible for both shipping costs.

✨ If you have to send the item back to us, please use a registered standard courier, not an express courier.

UK - 10-15 working days.
Europe - 12-20 business days.
Canada - 20-30 business days.
Other countries - 20-40 business days.

🗣 Embroidered shoes can be returned or exchanged if not embroidered or custom designed.

You can request to see photos of the shoes before embroidery and before shipping by leaving a note in the "Notes to Seller" section before payment.

After embroidery is completed, I will send you photos to confirm the colors and embroidery patterns within 24 hours. If you do not have any changes, I will send them out. After 24 hours, I will not be able to edit them, so I will not be responsible for them.

Please note that the color of the actual product may be slightly different from the image you see on the screen due to differences in computer monitor settings.
