What if my item has been damaged during delivery?

Damage during delivery is thankfully quite rare but if your item arrives and is broken or damaged please immediately take a picture of the item and packaging in order for me to be able to make a claim for the damage. Please then return the item to me in its original packaging.

How quickly will my item be shipped?

As a general rule I have given a dispatch time of 1-2 days

How long will a custom order take to make?

This depends entirely on your request, the size of the item, and the number you would like. I will always give as accurate an estimate as possible and will try to send your item out to you as quickly as possible. Please bear in mind that ceramics don't like to be rushed(!) and I would always rather give you an item of the highest quality than one that has been rushed to meet a deadline.

What is the process if I decide to return an item?

If you decide to return an item because you have changed your mind (within 14 days of receiving the item) I will refund the full purchase price of the item as soon as it is returned to me safely and undamaged. You will need to pay for the return postage and unfortunately I will not be able to refund the initial shipping costs. This is because the shipping has had to be paid for via Mail Service and if I were to refund this it would mean a loss for me as the seller, not Mail Service. Please contact me first before returning an item to confirm the return process.
