HOW TO DOWNLOAD:
PC:

Click on the "You" or “Your Account” button at the top right of your Etsy page
Click on “Purchases and Reviews”
Find your Purchase
Click “Download Files” and scroll to download



IPAD/TABLET:

Log out of the Etsy app and go to www.Etsy.com
The Etsy app on an iPad will NOT show your downloadable file
Click on the "You" button at the top right of your Etsy page
Click on “Purchases and Reviews”
Click “download” on your file



PHONE:

On the Etsy app Bottom Navigation bar, click on the “You” icon
Click on “Purchases”
Click on the words “HELP WITH ORDER” on your order
Click on the dropdown arrow beside your order number near the top
Click on “VIEW RECEIPT”
Click on “DOWNLOAD FILES” at the top
Click on the "You" button at the top right of your Etsy page
Click on Purchases and Reviews
Click the file to download
