Custom and personalized orders

We accept custom and personalized orders. 🖼️ Almost any stamp of a certain size can be customized. Please message me and we will work out a customized stamp. All block prints can be custom ordered as well. If you need a large number of items let us know and we will let you know if we can accommodate your order within your time frame.

Hand Carved Stamps care: 🧼 Gently clean your stamps in mild soap and water without harsh scrubbing. Store your stamps out of directly sunlight and they will last a long time. Block Prints 🧼 Wash all kitchen linens on normal cycle. They will become softer the more they are washed. We do not recommend bleach for environmental reasons.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift Wrapping is available for all orders. 🎂 We kindly ask that you send a message letting us know that you prefer gift wrapping and the message that you would like for us to include in the gift card.

Wrong Item or incorrect customization

We don’t goof often, but if we do, we will always take care of the issue for you. If for any reason your order is incorrect, please don’t hesitate to let us know within 7 days so that we can fix your order ASAP.

Processing times ⌛️

Because our products are created just for you soon after you complete your purchase, please allow 2-5 business days for your item to ship.

Need your order by a certain date? We offer USPS Priority Mail Express and USPS Priority Mail shipping upgrades at the time of purchase. When checking out, please select your preferred upgrade... Don’t forget to factor in weekends and Holidays. 😊 Please keep in mind that these shipping times do not include our shop’s processing times (2-5 business days).

If your order does not arrive by the expected date 🐌

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery time, please feel free to let us know via private message. A number of factors can influence mail speeds (weather, holidays, etc), so we may ask that you wait an additional 7 days- just in case your order is caught up at a sort facility. If after 7 days your order has not arrived, we will do everything we can to work with you towards a solution. This may include refunding your order/ reshipping your order/ contacting the postal service to locate your order.

If your order didn’t work out and you’d like to exchange it, please contact us within 7 days of the item's arrival. Exchange orders must undamaged in order for us to accept an exchange. We DO NOT COVER your return shipping back to us.
