Is a stitching guide or colour guide included with the patterns?

These designs are the pattern templates only, so they do not include stitching instructions or colour palettes.

How do I download my files?

YOU WILL NEED TO USE A COMPUTER, NOT A MOBILE PHONE TO ACCESS THE DOWNLOADS, AS ETSY DOESN'T ALLOW MOBILE DOWNLOADS YET. If you have an Etsy account: To download the file you need to go to www.etsy.com/au/your/purchases and it will show you your previous orders here. Click the "Download Files" button. If you do not have an Etsy account or used the guest checkout: You will receive an email from Etsy with your downloadable files. It will be sent to the email address you used at the checkout.

I have downloaded the file, but can't access the patterns, what do I do?

A few of our bundles include compressed files (this makes them small enough to upload to Etsy). If you have purchased a bundle that is a in a compressed Zip file, you will need computer software such as 7-Zip or WinZip to unzip the file and access the patterns. If you have any trouble with this, please send us a message and we can send the patterns through Etsy messenger.

Can I sell items I make using your patterns?

If you wish to sell any products made with our patterns, you can purchase a commercial license. Have a look at the "Commercial License" category on our Etsy page. We have a basic license for if you want to sell 20 or less items. We also an unlimited license too, where you can sell as many products as you like. You may not sell our patterns as digital files or embroidery patterns.

Can you post a physical copy of the patterns to me?

No, we only sell digital downloads. You will need access to a printer to print them out yourself.

No, they are not Ai. These designs are created by me from start to finish. Only the background image behind my designs (a blank hoop) is made with Ai to give you an idea of what size they are in a hoop. Tip - You can tell if a design on Etsy is made by Ai because that shop will have hundreds of designs that all have images of the completed embroidery.

I've seen one of your designs being sold by someone else, what can I do?

All of the designs in my store are created by me and I own the copyright to the images. Sometimes they are stolen by other Etsy sellers, or people on external websites like Pinterest. I have a couple of stores where I sell my art, but please note the only store that is allowed to sell my designs as embroidery patterns is The Embroidery Place AU. If you see another seller with my embroidery patterns I would really appreciate it if you could please let me know so I can report them to Etsy.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept return or refund requests on digital items. Please ensure you read the item description prior to ordering, as the designs are clearly described in there and all items are exactly as described.

As a small business I arrange certain sales to happen during certain date periods. I am not able to arrange refunds or discounts if you didn't order during the specific sale period.

This is a pattern TEMPLATE for the design shown above. It is for hand embroidery, and is NOT suitable for machine embroidery. You will not receive any physical products as this is a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD ONLY.

You will receive a downloadable A4 sized PDF file for this pattern. It comes with patterns scaled to fit 3", 4", 5", 6", 7" and 8" hoops. It is up to you to choose which size hoop best suits the design you choose (tip: designs with lots of small details are usually better suited to larger hoops). You will need access to a printer to print your PDF pattern, and then you can transfer it to your fabric with an embroidery suitable pen or pencil.

You will also receive a basic embroidery guide for beginners, however, please be aware this is a short and general guide and it does not contain any directions for this specific design. It is up to your imagination to decide which type of stitches and style to use.

This type of design is suitable for so many fun DIY projects. Clothing, cushions, pillowcases, tea towels, or just display it in your original hoop on a little stand, or hang it on the wall! It would make the perfect gift for a cat lover birthday, or a special gift for any cat lady or cat man during the holidays.

This purchase is for personal use only. It is not to be reproduced in mass for commercial gain. You may sell your finished stitched embroidery, but only 1 may be sold per design. You will need a separate commercial license if you wish to sell more than 1. You may not share or sell this digital design.

Haunted plants pattern.

All of my art is drawn by me on my iPad line by line. I don't use AI for my patterns :) I have used it for some of my background photos though (the hoop background photo that I place my art onto) but I'm in the process of updating my shop photos to remove these backgrounds.
