Where can I find my downloads?

Sign into your Etsy account and navigate to “Your account” > “Purchases and reviews.” You will see a list of recent purchases. Next to your order, select “Download files.” Anyone purchasing as a "guest" will receive an email from Etsy with the download link. If you don't see the email, please check your spam and junk folders first. Add transaction@etsy.com to your address book to ensure you receive Etsy communications. Finally, when using Apple Pay as a “Guest,” you should not choose the option “Hide my Email,” since your email receipt will be sent to the autogenerated email rather than your personal email address. What type of paper should I use?

Choose a matte, archival fine art paper with a slight texture for the best results. Hahnemühle Bamboo, Hahnemühle Photo Rag, and Canson Aquarelle Rag are all excellent options.

Do you have framing recommendations

The following are recommended: framebridge.com / finerworks.com / americanframe.com. I personally love using americanframe.com and cruising second hand shops for vintage finds.

Are images available for commercial use?

No. The files edited by Arcadia Vintage are for personal use only and may not be distributed or reproduced for commercial resale. All art has been digitally enhanced and restored and is unique to this shop under artistic copyright.
