How quickly will items be delivered?

Most of our orders are dispatched same-day via Royal Mail 1st class, which has a 24 hour delivery during working days.

Do prints come framed?

Prints do not come framed at this moment but we are working on providing frames in the future.

How do I send my photo for the print to be created?

Please send your picture in the Etsy message box

Do I need to send you a photo for the faceless prints?

Yes! Please be informed that we only work with the picture provided by the customer. In this way we make sure that the print turns out just the way you want it.

How long does it take for the faceless prints to be delivered?

We will send the first draft in 1-2 days after receiving your photo for processing. The whole process depends also on the number of revisions required, but we dispatch same or next business day after confirming the print, via Royal Mail postal service (24/48 hours domestic delivery). For Canvas and A1 prints, delivery could take 1-3 working days extra.

What is a digital only print?

A digital print is only delivered to you via Etsy message. No hard copy print is being delivered to your address. The best way to print it would be at the local printing shop, or online.

How do you print the finished product?

All prints are produced using a professional photo printer and are printed on high quality 270gsm satin paper

Please follow this steps: 1) Send us an Etsy message with your photo (please note that we will not start working on the print until a photo is provided) 2) We will send the first draft in 1-2 days 3) We will offer unlimited revisions until you are happy with the final product

Main photo: A clear photo as your primary reference for the artwork
Personalization details: Any text (quotes, names), order of characters.font choices, or additional photos. Please indicate the main photo for reference.

3. Review Your Draft: A preview of your artwork will be sent within one day of receiving your photos.

4. Make Revisions & Confirm: We offer unlimited revisions to ensure your portrait is exactly as you want it. Reply to the preview email with any changes, and once you’re satisfied, we will proceed with your order.
