Please contact us before placing your order so that we can discuss your needs and make sure we're able to help. Custom orders can not be cancelled and NOT returnable and NOT refundable.

If your order has been lost in the Postal Service, please contact the USPS at: https://www.usps.com/customer-service/customer-service.htm Call 1-800-ASK-USPS® (800-275-8777) UniqueDogBoutique is not responsible for items missing, lost, delivered to wrong address or damaged by the US Postal System.We are not responsible for stolen packages. Once they have left my hands, it is out of my control. If you are concerned I recommend choosing priority mail at check out which will give you the ability to claim insurance if your package is lost.

Once UniqueDogBoutique hands the package over to USPS, the actual delivery date is completely beyond our control. As such, there will be NO REFUNDS based on delayed delivery by USPS. Address changes will not be accepted once a package ships. Please make sure your order has the correct address. We cannot refund your money due to a delivery address error.

Exchange & Return policy

In order to make an exchange or return, please contact me within 3 days of delivery to arrange. All returns must be shipped back within 14 days of initial delivery. If your order was free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your return. Shipping cost is not refundable in any cases. You are responsible for all return shipping costs to complete the return. PLEASE NOTE: Custom orders and personalized orders CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
