Please note that none of the products include balloons for decoration or curtains.

✔️ Vinyl Backdrops:
We use 14 oz heavy-duty vinyl (Semi Matte finish) for our backdrops, which can be displayed indoors and outdoors. You can hang or suspend our custom vinyl banner between posts, and we offer hemming and grommets at no additional cost!

🚫 Vinyl backdrop DOES NOT INCLUDE the stand.

✔️ Polyester Banners: 
Our banners are made of 100% polyester, lightweight, reinforced with hemming and without grommets for a more professional look. Please allow for a possible size variation of 1-3 cm. Easily remove wrinkles with steam or by ironing on the reverse side.

🚫 The polyester banners does NOT INCLUDE the installation kit.

Install it easily yourself using pins, tacks, double-sided tape, clips, or clamps.

✔️ Removable Floor Decal: 
Our removable floor decals are made with 4 mil Oracal adhesive vinyl, water-resistant and UV-resistant.

✔️ Pop-Up Display:
Our fabric material is top-quality, offering a non-glare and smooth surface, as well as being durable and easy to keep clean. It features reinforced finishes along all edges to prevent tearing. Additionally, it includes a handy velcro fabric that covers the 4 edges of the display, ensuring that all your graphics and decoration stay in place.

Any fabric graphic with velcro backing can be easily and securely attached to the display. Simply attach the velcro to the back of a poster and fix it to the display stand.

👍 The Pop up display INCLUDES the stand.

The item will be shipped folded, allowing for easy storage and transport.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

❶ Select the Material and size from the dropdown menu.

❷ Add your personalization:

1️⃣ Text: The backdrop can be customized to match any event. Provide the exact words you want.

2️⃣ Colors: Change them or keep the same colors as the listing.

3️⃣ Including your photo?: Send us your photo via Etsy chat as an attachment.

4️⃣ Event date: Please purchase at least 15 days in advance.

❸ Add the listing to your cart and proceed to payment.

★ ORDER PROCESSING ★

① POOF IMAGE (1 Business Day):

You will receive a draft of the design for approval via Etsy or email. Your purchase includes color change and 2 photos at no cost, but additional elements have an extra charge.

Please respond quickly to our messages to avoid delays, as we do not print without approval. After approval, no changes or cancellations are allowed.

② PRINTING AND SHIPPING (1 - 3 Business Days):

Your backdrop is printed and the final finishes requested (grommets, pockets for posts, etc.) are applied.

Once your backdrop is ready and properly packaged, we ship it through recognized courier companies (USPS, FedEx, etc.).

You will receive the tracking number so you can monitor your package.

③ DELIVERY (3 - 8 Business Days):

You will receive your package with your order at your door. Please make sure to check that everything is according to your request and to your satisfaction.

If you have any comments or issues with your order, please write to us immediately and we will be delighted to assist you with whatever you need as soon as possible.
