Do you make outfits and accessories for other dolls?

Currently, most of the items I make fit the American Girl Doll and similar soft bodied 18 inch dolls. However I can make clothing to fit other sized dolls, including (but not limited to) Journery Girl, Heart 4 Heart, Bitty Baby, Mini American Girl, Disney Animator, and Cabbage Patch Dolls, along with stuffed animals like Build A Bear.
