• NECKLACES – All sizes are indicated in inches and include both the CHARM + CHAIN combined length. You can use a string and measure your desired length before ordering. • RINGS – If you are unsure of your ring size, we recommend getting your finger sized at any local jewelry store or department store. It only takes a few minutes.

How can I submit my Handwriting, Drawing ?

• To send us your image, simply click on the CONTACT SHOP OWNER button. In the message, you will find an ATTACH IMAGE button below. Please attach an IMAGE or PDF file containing the design you desire for your jewelry. It does not matter whether you submit the image before or after making a purchase, as we will link your order with your image through your username. • Alternatively, you can email the image file to us at glamourjewelryhouse@gmail.com. Please remember to include your order number or ETSY username in the subject line.

Custom and personalized orders

• There is generally no limit on the number of words or characters for each piece of jewelry. After reviewing your handwriting sample, we will inform you if any adjustments are necessary or if a different approach is needed. • You can submit any language and any writing style, including cursive, print, or even drawings. • We can remove any unwanted text surrounding the handwriting and create phrases by using individual words and letters. • It is also possible to combine multiple images of handwriting for a single piece of jewelry. • If you have any other inquiries about handwriting, please feel free to contact us.

Custom and personalized orders

• You can find the estimated ship date on your Etsy receipt. Simply go to your purchases and locate the receipt from our shop (https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases). Detailed turnaround estimates for each type of jewelry can be found in the listing descriptions: • READY TO SHIP: These designs are pre-made and will be sent out 1-6 business days. • MADE TO ORDER: These designs are customized and take approximately 2 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends) to complete and ship.
