What are your return and refund policy?

Returns or refunds are only eligible in the case of damaged items during shipping, in which I will replace the item at no charge. If an item is damaged during shipment, contact me within a week of receiving your damaged print so that I can make the appropriate arrangements to have the damaged items refunded or replaced. To expedite the process please take some photos of the outer packaging, and damaged prints so that you can provide them to a customer service representative. Damaged items must be reported within 30 days of the order date to qualify for a full replacement. Contact me to initiate the process. Thanks!

My package never arrived, can I get a refund?

While I do all that I can on my end to make sure your order gets to you safely and on time, sometimes packages are delayed. If you are unable to track your package and still have not received it within 2 weeks of the shipment date (longer for international orders), please reach out and I will work with you to reach a solution.
