How do I cancel my order?

We do not accept cancellations, as the items are handmade to order! We only accept cancellations within 24 hours of ordering! We will refund your purchase if the request is made within 24 hours of ordering.

Do you accept returns?

Our products are handmade to order. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for non-damaged items. However, we will replace any item that arrives damaged due to shipping. To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact us!

Where is my tracking number?

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail standard shipping services, which does not include real time tracking. If you require tracked services, please upgrade to Royal Mail International Tracked / Royal Mail Tracked at checkout. You will receive a tracking number in your dispatch email.
