Do you just want to print? Take the headache out of the screen printing process and get your screens pre-exposed and shipped directly to your door. Investing in exposure equipment and learning the exposure process is a hurdle that takes down many new screen printers, so let us expose your screens, and you handle the printing! All our pre-coated and exposed screens come coated with our high quality photopolymer emulsion, which is perfect for printing with plastisol and water based inks. If you are using water based inks our emulsion will only work for short runs. (40-80 garments/items)

Screen Features:
Premium Aluminum Frames manufactured from 6063T5 aluminum.
Watertight welded aluminum frame.
Edges are smooth for easy handling.
Premium quality 100% polyester monofilament mesh.
Each frame has a mesh count tag / label for easy identification.

Screen size and image area guidelines:
18x20 screens – 10”x12” image area

Mesh Count Guidelines:
General Tip: Lower Mesh = More ink, less detail - Higher Mesh = More detail, less ink
24-90 Mesh - Most commonly used for thick specialty inks, such as glitter, puff, etc.
110 Mesh - Most commonly used for white ink.
155 Mesh - Most commonly used for black ink.
200 Mesh - Most commonly used for high detail artwork. Good for solvent and water based inks. Ink may need to be reduced/thinned.
230-305 Mesh - Most commonly used for super fine detail artwork, half tones, CMYK process printing, as well as solvent and water base inks.

Artwork Checklist
-Artwork needs to be 100% black and white. (The black will be the ink when screen printed)
-Make sure your artwork has a resolution of 300dpi minimum.
-Artwork needs to be to scale and set at the actual size you want it printed.
-All text layers should be rasterized or converted to outlines.
-Multi-color designs should be color separated / have each color on a separate layer.
-We highly encourage emailing us proofs of how your finished print should look. This will help fix issues -and eliminate mistakes before they happen.
-Be sure to include any notes or details about your artwork, in the "notes" box at checkout. (Example: sizing, print placement, etc)
