All items in this shop are physical products and will be required to be shipped to you. I will ship all items within the times stipulated on each individual listing. You will be notified if, in extreme circumstances, I am unable to fulfil this time scale, and a refund can be made immediately if requested.

All products for sale in this shop are available to ship worldwide. Please note that when sending to foreign countries, customs fees or import duties may apply. It is the responsibility of you, the customer, to pay these fees.

Please ensure that the correct address is used when placing your order. I cannot re-send items that have gone missing or have been returned due to the postal service stating that there is incorrect of insufficient delivery information. If the item is returned to me under these circumstances, I can refund the cost paid for the goods, but not the cost of delivery.

If an item is returned due to the postal service leaving a card for you to re-arrange delivery or collect from a sorting office and their cut off time lapses before you collect then I can re-send for the cost of postage, or refund your order minus any postage costs incurred when shipping your item.

UK ORDERS
Items in the UK are either shipped via first class Royal Mail or courier (courier only used if you order wallpaper) as standard. Your order should arrive within 1-2 working days of it being shipped; however during very busy periods, such as in the run up to Christmas, the Royal Mail shipping times may be longer. Please keep this in mind when placing an order. You can use the shipping upgrade option at the checkout for a faster service if required.

For UK buyers, the following shipping upgrades are available:
Special Delivery* (tracked service)

*If you choose to opt for 'special delivery' - this is a next working day, by 1pm service. This does not include a Saturday guarantee. Ie. if your order is shipped on a Friday, expect it to arrive on Monday.

Royal Mail shipping guidelines state that 10 working days (Mon-Friday) must have passed after the expected delivery date before an item is considered lost. If you haven't received your item within this time, I will send a replacement package at no cost to you or I can offer a refund. First class delivery aim is next working day, and second class is within 3 working days.

PLEASE NOTE: wallpaper is sent via a tracked service automatically, with delivery taking place the next working day following shipment.

EUROPEAN AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For orders placed outside of the UK, orders are sent via airmail. Standard delivery does not offer tracking or signed for delivery, the items are simply shipped via air.

Opting for a Tracked and signed for service allows you to follow your parcel right to your door. Please select this method at the checkout if you want to track your order.

If an item goes missing in the post, I will send a replacement at no cost to you. Please note that for European orders sent by airmail, 20 working days must have passed before an item is considered lost, and 25 working days must have passed for orders outside of Europe, before I am able to send a replacement. Please note that working days do not include weekends so 25 working days is 5 weeks.

As standard, European orders can be expected to arrive 3-5 working days after shipment. and all other international orders 5-7 days after shipment. Please note that in the run up to Christmas, delivery times will be extended. Brexit has also impacted shipping times with some orders taking a number of weeks to deliver. Please order early to avoid disappointment.

I work full time on my business, both selling the range of products you see on here, and also producing artwork for a number of international companies. All artwork on every single product in this shop is copyright Jessica Hogarth, and must not be copied under any circumstances.

All of my goods are manufactured in the UK, except for the magnets, which are made within the EU.
