I aim to ship within a day of receiving payment (except Weekends and public holidays ). I use Royal Mail’s 2nd class post or International Standard to keep the costs down. However, if you wish your order to be sent First Class Signed For or First Class Special Delivery (for UK) or International Tracked and Signed (for everywhere else) then please select the relevant option at checkout time.

If you purchase more than one item, on top of the initial postage I charge £0.10 for each additional item.

Estimated delivery times are:
UK within 2 - 3 working days
Europe within 3 - 5 working days
Elsewhere within 5 - 7 working days
as quoted by Royal Mail.

Upgrades:

UK by the next day
Europe/Elsewhere as above (please note that tracking does not speed it up though!).

These are just guidelines, but there may be unexpected delays in customs or over busy periods, eg Christmas.

Gift Bags:
In order to minimise costs, items come in a cellophane bag, not gift wrapped, but organza gift bags are available at a cost of £0.30 each (for earrings/kilt pins) or £0.45 each (for necklaces/bracelets). These can be requested from the EXTRAS section. Please specify the number and size required when you place your order.

Please ensure your address is correct on Etsy as I use the address on your Etsy order.

LOST POST

Please note that I can not make a claim for lost post until 15 working days (UK), 20 (Europe) and 25 (everywhere else) have passed since the due delivery date. So if your order has not been delivered within this time frame, please contact me as to whether you want your order re-sending or a refund. Please note that I cannot claim for lost post after 80 days of posting so no refunds will be issued after this time, so make any claims as soon as possible.
