❖ For an order quantity equal to or less than 10, the Names List and Logo can be sent to us in an Etsy Message. Include the Layout Option and Font Option in the Personalization Section.

❖ For an order quantity greater than 10, please create the Names List using an Excel or Google Sheets spreadsheet and email it to design [!at] namebadge.com. Use Column A for the Names. Use Column B for the Titles. Include the Layout Option and Font Option in the body of the email. Attach your logo to the email. Reference your order number in the subject of the email.

❖ If your logo or image has a white background, the white color will NOT be printed unless it is specifically requested.

❖These custom name badges are one of a kind and hand made by our design and production team in South Florida and Greenville South Carolina! We specialize in Magnetic Name Tags. We can create them in a variety of materials by request. We can custom cut and make any shape or style as well. You can message us any special requests that you may want! They come standard with Magnetic Fasteners and your logo. You can request pin or other style fasteners as well. We do have Corporate discounts and bulk rates available by request! PRINT-READY ARTWORK

❖ If you have print-ready artwork you'd like us to use then it should be emailed as a .pdf. Make sure the artwork is the correct size, and please outline the text because we may not have the font you would like us to use.

PROOFS

❖ You will receive a proof of your order. We will require your approval before printing so please keep an eye on your Etsy messages / email to ensure smooth correspondence.
