We deliver using UPS or FedEx/ Track postal services. FREE SHIPPING We provide free worldwide delivery. DELIVERY TIME 5-8 business days, however we do our best to keep it to no more than 5 business days. HOW LONG IT TAKES TO PROCESS AN ORDER 4-9 business days. IMPORT DUTIES Import duties in your country are the responsibility of the buyer, however, we always do our best to help our customers avoid these charges whenever possible. HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER It is possible to cancel an order within 12 hours of submitting the order.

Returns and exchanges

We offer a 7-day return/exchange policy. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. Please note: Items purchased with a discount of 10% or more are FINAL SALE - exchange only, no refunds. Etsy allows each shop to set its own return policy, and by placing an order, the buyer agrees to these terms. In case of exchange, we cover shipping and send the new item once a return tracking number is provided. In case of return, the buyer covers all shipping (both ways) and a 20% import fee that we are charged upon re-entry of the package. These costs will be deducted from the refund. Returned items must be in new, unworn condition with the label and original packaging.

Please note that the color of the products in the photo may slightly differ from the actual product. Different devices may show the same shade of fabric differently. Our photos and videos of women's suits and dresses are shot without filters, maintaining maximum realism. We do our best to make sure your purchase meets your expectations.

We create our models only from quality materials, which are carefully selected. We use Italian accessories, French lace. Furthermore, we develop author's design patterns. Numerous unique handmade elements.

Order cancellation | Order refusal

Order cancellation is only possible within 12 hours of placing the order. If the customer refuses the parcel or declines an exchange, all shipping costs (both directions) are the buyer's responsibility. Additionally, when the parcel returns to Ukraine, a 20% import tax is automatically charged based on the item's value. These expenses will be deducted from the final refund amount. The refund process in such cases may take up to 3 months, depending on the return shipping time.
