All neon signs are made to order so each neon sign sale is final. In very rare cases if the sign is damaged during shipping we will of course replace the sign for you! We package our signs with a lot of protection (bubble wrap mailer, protective bars) so this is unlikely. Please contact us within 2 days of delivery and send photos of the sign.
