Can't comment on customer service as I thankfully did not need it! Pattern seems to be very straight forward to put together, however, just be warned... the skirt front is HUGE... we printed a US Size 2 and the skirt front was so big it took 4 large tables to spread and cut (or the floor but I am old!) Making this for a friend who continually complained about the size of the pattern (kept telling her to have faith) until we made it and it was a perfect fit!
