Can I send you picture to match my nursery?

Absolutely! Place you order and then send us pictures with reference to the order number and we will help when you receive your mock up.

Will I receive a proof?

Proofs are available BY REQUEST ONLY. You must request a proof in your order notes. Our turnaround times are quick so we can get the products to you as soon as possible! Requesting of a proof will delay your turnaround time, but we are happy to provide them if requested

Can I cancel my order?

We allow a 12-hour cancellation window for our customers. Once we begin production on your custom sign, we can no longer offer cancellations as each sign is personalized

Letters are 1/8" thick with painted tops and black sides on a base of 1/2" premium grade birch wood
Each sign comes with a commercial grade sawtooth hanger UNATTACHED.
The back of these signs are unfinished. If you would like the back finished please contact us and we can send you a custom listing.

|SIZING|
Sizes range from 18”-36” WIDE (from left to right of the first name). The height may vary depending on the amount of letters in the name. If you need specific measurements on the height of the name please contact us first. Please refer to our size charts in the listing pictures for more details!

HOW TO ORDER
Step 1: Select size from the drop-down (based on width of FIRST name)
Step 2: Select stain choice from the second drop-down
Step 3: In the personalization box include: First name + font + color, middle name + font + color (if applicable)
Include if you would like custom mountain, deer and tree colors, if you do not include any then they will appear as they are in the listing photos.

NOTE: If you are wanting the same colors and fonts as the listing photo and you do not see them in the dropdowns, you can message us or note it in the description box that you would like to match the listing photo!

Type the name EXACTLY as you want it - capitalization matters (AVA, Ava, ava - all different)
Proofs: If you would like to request a proof, you MUST request a proof before or at checkout, this will add to the signs production time. As soon as we receive approval of the proof from you, we will move the sign into production.
