Why can't I find my digital file to download?

Digital downloads can be found by going to your purchases in the top left corner. Please make sure you're on a computer or web browser (if on your mobile device.) Digital downloads cannot be downloaded from the Etsy app. You should see a black "download files" button. Once you click that, your files will automatically download. If you're still having issues, please send me a message and I will do my best to help you.
