Request to cancel order

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of your order. If your order has already been fulfilled or printed, a full refund will not be possible. Please review the estimated time frame prior to placing your order, and contact us for any assistance or advice.

Refunds and returns are not available for any purchases. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or misrepresented item, please inform us within 20 working days, and we’ll resolve any issues. Refund requests for returns or changes of preference cannot be accepted.

Damaged and defective products

Should we mistakenly send a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 20 days of delivery. Sharing photos of the received item will allow us to address the issue and provide a resolution.

Tracking number says package was delivered but not received yet

It’s possible for the tracking system to show a package as delivered due to a system error, even if it hasn’t arrived yet. Usually, it will arrive within 1-2 days. If it doesn’t, please inform us so we can provide prompt assistance.

Request to change order information

You have 24 hours to make changes to your order. After that, once it’s in processing or shipped, no changes can be made. Make sure all details, like your shipping address and product info, are accurate before payment

Each product comes with a size chart and measurements, but they don’t follow typical US, EU, or UK size charts. As we cannot take responsibility for wrong size choices, please carefully check your measurements against those provided. Contact us if you need guidance.
