How does the Online Designer work?

Some of our personalized products allow you to customize the design yourself using our online designer! Here's how it works: Upon purchase, you are automatically emailed a customization link The link connects you directly into the designer and product you ordered Select the item color you ordered Select your design color Customize the design template Save your design Most templates allow you to change the color, font and graphic, resize, copy and delete elements Contact us to: Reset template Resend link Update email address How to TRY BEFORE YOU BUY: You can play with the design template in the designer before purchase! Simply copy/paste the link provided on the product's Personalization area into your browser and have fun :)

I didn’t receive a link to customize my order.

After placing an order, our online designer (noreply@zakeke.com) automatically emails a link to the email address that is attached to your Etsy account, or was provided at checkout. 1) Check your junk folder 2) Contact us. We'll manually resend the link / update your email address if needed. IMPORTANT: If you paid via Apple Pay and used an anonymous email address through “Sign in with Apple”, our online designer cannot send you a customization link. Contact us and we'll send the link manually.

Will my item look the same as the listing and/or what I have created using the Online Designer?

We strive to make items look like the examples given, however every item we make is unique since humans (us) have printed it just for you! Every screen displays colors differently so actual colors may vary slightly from what you see online. Apparel colors may vary slightly from batch to batch. Print colors may vary slightly from run to run. Print placement may vary slightly from item to item. PERSONALIZED ITEMS: If you use the Online Designer, we may make minor adjustments to assure a good print or align elements. If you give personalization instructions, some creative liberty may be taken to make it look its best. Product photos are for inspiration only; to avoid unexpected results, fill out personalization instructions fully.

Will you send a proof before printing?

If You Utilize The ONLINE DESIGNER: We will only send a proof if there is a question, or if a change is needed. If You PROVIDE PERSONALIZATION INSTRUCTIONS: We do not automatically send a proof before printing, however we will be happy to do so upon request, or if we have a question about your personalization.

How do your sizes run?

ALWAYS measure to be sure it your item will fit as expected. See product details for specific measurements. APRONS: Unisex Standard, Extra Large, and Kid styles available. - Adult aprons have adjustable necks and are available in long, short and extra-large styles, fitting most men and women. - Kid's XL aprons fit most kids ages 5-10. They are as long as Adult Short aprons, but not as wide. - Kid's M (Reg) aprons fit most kids ages 2-5. - Toddler Cotton aprons are our smallest apron, for kids ages 2-5. SHIRTS: Unisex fit. - Bella Canvas has a slim fit. - Comfort Colors have a relaxed fit. - Gildan / Tultex has a classic, relaxed fit.

My order is delayed in transit, is there anything you can do?

If it's marked as in transit it means it can show up at any time, even if it is past the estimated arrival date, and tracking isn't actively being updated. Unfortunately, we have no control over the package once it's been handed off to the carrier. We understand how frustrating this is, as we worked hard to get your order out as quickly as possible, only for it to be held up in transit! If and when a package is known to be lost (this actually happens very rarely) we will gladly replace the order or refund your money. If it's a gift, we can send you a mockup photo of your purchase to wrap up or give digitally. Just message us with the request!

I received a gift, but it's the wrong size. Can I exchange it?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges as our items are custom printed cannot be restocked. However, we can offer you a discount to have it reprinted on another size or style. Please contact us, we will need a few details about the item before we send you a discount code.

My order was marked as delivered but I didn't receive it. What can I do?

There are a few things you can do! - Check with neighbors to see if the package was delivered to them accidentally, and also with your household in case someone brought it in and placed it someplace unusual. - Contact your local post office for help locating the package. Provide them with the tracking number and your shipping address. - After contacting the USPS, if you believe the package was stolen, please inform us and we will send you a discount code to have your order reprinted.

Can I receive an order by a specific date?

Let us know the date that you need it by. We're happy to process your order as quickly as we're able to. However, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, since when you'll receive your order is based on two things: 1) Processing Time: It normally takes us 2-5 business days, or around 5-7 during peak holidays, to process an order. 2) Shipping Speed From CA: Standard (2-5 days) and expedited (1-3 days) options are available at checkout. Purchasing expedited shipping is recommended if you need your order quickly. Keep in mind, we are not responsible for carrier delays!

SIZING: These run true to unisex size with a relaxed fit but may be different than the ones you normally wear. Before ordering, use the size chart photo to compare to the measurements of a shirt you own, that you like the way it fits.

HOW TO MEASURE: With a shirt laid out flat...
★ Measure WIDTH 1" below armhole and straight across from side to side.
★ Measure LENGTH from edge of collar at shoulder seam to bottom of garment.

CARE:
★ ALWAYS wash before first wear to avoid pigment bleeding issues.
★ Loose pigment dyes can remain even after the first wash, so launder with similar colors only.
★ Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
★ Hang-dry for longest life. If you must, tumble dry low. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.
