Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders usually take at least a week and could take longer depending on the size of the order and the availability of materials. I will make every effort to get them to you by a desired date, however no guarantees are made.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I do offer gift wrapping. It does not add any additional time to your order.

For the coasters, do not put them in the dishwasher. This will ruin them and I will not be able to refund your money. Gently wipe them with a damp cloth in order to clean them. Be advised that if a dark beverage spills on them it may stain.
