Processing time is how long I need to pack your order before it ships, on average it takes me about 2 business days to package each order.

Yes, I create custom phrases for my customers all the time. If you would like a custom phrase please either contact me directly, or request a custom order from my store front. My pricing for my custom phrases is similar to that of the other listings in my shop.

Do you ship internationally?

No, at this time I only ship within the United States.

Loved the big strawberries, balloon colors and the balloon arch inspiration. I was able to set it up with my friends help with little to no troubles. The strawberry cutouts didn’t meet my expectations because they were on a string and didn’t look good if I separated them as the string went thru them. Ended up using them as a garland which turned out super cute. Loved the kit and quality. Would recommend and buy again.
