What do I do if my packages shows delivered but I haven't received it?

First make sure you entered the correct address at checkout. If your address is correct, you may need to check with neighbors or other members of your household to see if they may have received your package. Occasionally, a package may be marked as delivered but has not actually been delivered yet. It may show up in 24-48 hours. If you are still not able to locate the package, I will give your local post office a call and have them pull up the exact GPS coordinates for your package so we can see exactly where the package was delivered. NataliaMade is not responsible for stolen packages. If you suspect your package has been stolen, you will need to contact your local authorities.
