PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
All items at Swear By Styx are designed by our family and made to order. We work with exceptional print providers throughout the US who print our 100% original designs on premium quality products and ship them directly to our customers. Production time is usually about 2-7 business days, but may be more during peak shopping times dependent on demand. 

We provide free shipping throughout the U.S. on orders totaling $35 or more.

Rugs are shipped rolled around a cardboard core and sealed inside a clear plastic sleeve. You will get a tracking number as soon as your item ships so you can follow its journey every step of the way!

RETURNS
If your item is damaged upon delivery, please let us know immediately, and we will replace it.

If you need to return an item for any other reason, you may do so within 30 days of delivery. The returned item must be in its original, like-new condition with no odors, stains, or signs of visible wear. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition.
