🌟I created Ellicorn to help empower kids of all ages. I worked for over a year to develop these “tools” to help kids form healthy habits of taking care of their minds and their bodies starting at a young age, so they can feel as amazing as they deserve to feel now, and throughout life. Helping kids form healthy habits of taking care of mind and body at a young age, is so very important, especially in our world today. It’s so much harder to form healthy habits as you get older. 🌟Why did I create the POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS to go with the YOGA CARDS? Yoga, coupled with positive affirmations, is a POWERFUL combination. When the beginner yoga poses are being done, there is deep breathing involved, which includes holding the poses while doing these deep breaths.. This strengthens the body and mind together. (DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS ARE INCLUDED WITH THE YOGA CARDS) IMPORTANT>>>Once finished with the yoga poses of choice, the mind and body are relaxed and opened. This is when the DAILY POSITIVE AFFIRMATION ARE READ OUT LOAD SEVERAL TIMES. Our brains are powerful, and paying attention. Repetition and consistency are key. The brain will believe everything it’s being fed. AGAIN, WITH REPETITION AND CONSISTENCY.

When kids start this young, the brain will overtime take it all in and help form healthy habits of taking care of the body and mind for life. HEALTHY HABITS ARE MUCH EASIER TO FORM WHEN YOUNG. THIS IS WHEN THE BRAIN IS MORE MALLEABLE, meaning it changes and adapts based on the dynamic interaction between our biology and our experiences. This means that our genes don't predetermine our intelligence, capabilities or potential, repetitive actions do!

☆ How to Print ☆
**PLEASE KNOW THAT THE INNER BROKEN LINES ON THE FRONTSIDE OF THE YOGA POSE FLASHCARD, WHERE THE POSE DESIGN IS, IS PART OF THE DESIGN. DON'T CUT THERE. CUT ALONG THE OUTSIDE LINES.**

This product is designed to be printed on standard 8.5 x 11 inches. (21.59 cm x 27.94 cm). My physical flashcards are double sided, so you can print these digital downloaded cards, and then laminate as double sided, or if you prefer to have poses and instructions side by side, laminate separate. The lamination will protect and offer higher quality. There are 2 cards per page printed landscape. Each separate card measures 7.5 in x 5 in. (19.05 cm x12.7 cm). The cards have rounded edges for esthetics, but if you don't want to take the time to cut each one as that, you can just cut each page in half, or just fold in half and laminate. You can also scale down the size when you go to print, if you prefer smaller. Whatever works for you!

For best results, I recommend using 200gsm or thicker card stock and laminating to increase durability. Even if you just want to print on regular paper, definitely laminate for quality and longevity. Please keep in mind, the colors shown on the screen may print slightly differently depending on printer quality.

You will receive life long access to the PDFs so can reprint the flashcards as many times as you want!
