$15 - Basic Layout - This option is reserved for the customer that knows exactly what they want. It comes with just one set of changes.

Please allow 4-6 business days for printing foiled cards. Business Cards must be sent to print before 10am EST in order for that day to count as a production day.
Etsy Pay often holds your payment for 1-3 business days. This payment hold period may cause delays in purchasing supplies for your finished project. Please allow for these extra days.

I DO accept art from other designers.*Send your high resolution files to ben [!at] benjaminbclark.com and I can print them for you.

Please be sure to send your business card as a high-resolution .eps, pdf, psd or ai file. The file must have your fonts created to outlines and be in CMYK color mode. Please include a bleed on your file if your business card has a bleed. The document size should be 2.125"x3.625". I can help you prepare your file if needed. Vector files are best for any business cards with foil or spot UV.

*Submitted art is subject to approval prior to printing. I can't be held responsible for poor finished product because of improper design on submitted art. I will give recommendations if I see something that I think may not work.

Do you offer design services?
Yes, purchase the Custom Business Card Design or Basic Layout option in the store front to have your card designed.

Can I have a border on my design?
Symmetrical borders are nearly impossible to line up perfectly. The paper can shift up to 1/16" in any direction. If you would like a border I would recommend something a-symmetrical so you do not have to worry about alignment.

What is a vector file and do I need to have one?
A vector file is a graphic made of vector shapes that can be sized to any size and not lose resolution. Logos will always be made as a vector file by a professional graphic designer. The file will normally have a tag such as .ai (Illustrator) or .eps (embedded post script). Vector files will always print sharper than a raster image. If you would like to use foil, spot UV or raised UV, a vector logo is required. If you do not have a vector version of your logo, you can purchase the Custom Business Card option and I will recreate it for you.

What happens if there is a printing error or my card?
If a mistake happens to your business card in the printing process, the cards will be reprinted at no charge. Submit a photo of the damaged areas and a reorder will be processed.

What happens if a typo is caught after the card is printed?
It's your responsibility to check all of the text for accuracy before the card is printed. Once the card is approved and sent to print, no changes can be made. If you find a typo on your card after it's been printed, I can offer a small discount for a reprint.
