Once I place my custom rug order, what is the expected delivery timeframe?

Your order will be processed within 24 hours and forwarded to our skilled weavers, who will begin handcrafting your custom piece immediately. The entire procedure of sourcing, shearing, spinning, dyeing, weaving, washing, and shipping your rug requires between 5 to 7 weeks. However, please note that during the winter season, the drying process may be extended slightly, so we kindly ask that you allow an additional 1-2 weeks for delivery. For ready-to-ship rugs, we strive for our orders to arrive at your door within 5-8 business days.

How much are the shipping fees?

We provide FREE SHIPPING to most international destinations. Your order will be processed within 1 to 3 days through Fedex, and you can anticipate delivery of your rug within 5 to 8 business days after it is dispatched.

Will the rug I receive be identical to the image I see online?

Absolutely! Our rugs are photographed using natural light to provide an authentic representation. However, please consider that there may be slight variations in color due to the settings of your phone or computer monitor. Furthermore, since our customized rugs are meticulously crafted by hand, variations in pattern, color, and exact size (with a potential deviation of up to 10 centimeters on either side) are inherent due to the organic nature of the materials. Nonetheless, we make every effort to accurately capture the intricate details and colors in our product images, ensuring that you have a clear understanding of what to expect.

How can I properly maintain/care for my Moroccan rug?

To prevent your rug's fibers from deteriorating due to dust buildup, make a habit of shaking it outdoors weekly. If shaking isn't feasible, use a vacuum with care—avoid rotary models. Instead, employ the suction attachment gently every month or so. Occasionally, flip the rug and vacuum its underside once or twice a year. Once annually, let your rug soak up the sun. Hang it outside during peak sunlight hours, turning it over midway to ensure both sides benefit. This sunlight exposure helps sanitize the wool and delivers a natural bleaching effect.

Its always scary to buy things blindly online, especially when they’re custom made. That being said, the rug has exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be happier with it. Its really well made, soft, and thick. I have days where I just lay down on the rug instead of the sofa to watch tv, its that cozy! The deliver took slightly longer than expected, but it was so worth it. I’ve been kept up to date throughout the process and the seller has been really helpful with answering my questions. Will definitely use this shop again the future!
