We are ready to make a garment that fits you well and makes you happy, but we do not make custom clothes. We can do the following: • Add length to a garment • Make a garment shorter • Add length to the sleeves • Make the sleeves shorter • Make garment to fit your measurements IMPORTANT: We do not do exchanged, and customized/personalized pieces are non-refundable.

Update for Our U.S. Customers

With the recent changes to U.S. customs regulations, we’ve decided to ship your parcel with FedEx courier only. For this reason, a temporary minimum shipping fee of €10 will apply to all U.S. orders 🌿 Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Machine wash up to 30-40ºC on a gentle cycle Lay flat to dry or tumble dry low if needed Take the clothes out while they are still damp and air-dry. It is best not to iron linen. If needed, steam will be the best option. Iron inside out, and set a low heat on the iron. Do not bleach

Please feel free to contact us if you have any problems - we will do our best to fix it immediately! All clothes are created and packed for every customer carefully and with love. Our main aim is to make the piece of clothing exceed the customer’s needs when he/she sees his/her order for the first time in real. But anything can happen therefore all goods have 14 days return guarantee period from the reception of the goods. If, for any reason, You are not satisfied with Your purchase, please contact us first.

Not considered personalized: Choosing a size, color, or length from the dropdown menu provided on the product page (e.g., selecting “Size M” or “Length 100 cm” or longer / shorter variant) is part of our standard offering and can be returned. Considered personalized: If you request any changes beyond the listed options -such as a custom length, specific sleeve adjustment, wider or narrower garment, or unique garment alteration - this is considered a personalized/custom-made product and cannot be returned.

- Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses. - Defective Items: If the item has a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping costs. - Non-Returnable Items: Personalized/customized items and fabric samples cannot be returned. - Lost Packages: We are not responsible for lost return shipments. SIZING
- Diana is 168cm (5.6”) tall with an 83cm (32.7") bust, 65cm (25.6") waist, and 94cm (37") hips and usually wears size XS-S.
- Diana wears size S in a shorter length.

Please refer to the size guide in the photos provided.

Standard rule. For up to 172 cm tall, we recommend choosing shorter lengths of pants as the most suitable choice. If your height is 173 cm or more, we suggest opting for longer pants.

Garment measurements were taken laid flat – double it before comparing them to your personal measurements.

Please ensure there is an additional 2cm/0.8''-4cm/1.6'' of space for your hips in comparison to the garment's hip measurement.

XXS - Best for the waist 21.3'' - 23.2'' / 54-59

XS - Best for the waist 25"-26'8" / 64-68 cm

S - Best for the waist 28'3"-29'9" / 72-76 cm

L - Best for the waist 34'6"-36'2" / 88-92 cm

XL - Best for the waist 37'8"-39'4" / 96-100 cm

Note: Each of our designs is being made to order, thus the measurements may differ up to 0.7" (2 cm).

CUSTOMIZATION
If You are not sure, which size to choose or if you are interested in another size - we are here to help! Let us know the measurements and we will do our best to make the product you desire.
We can make the garment longer or shorter by adding or cutting up to 10 cm (4") free of charge.

CARE
Machine wash up to 30-40ºC on a gentle cycle
Lay flat to dry or tumble dry low in a gentle cycle program if needed
Take the clothes out while they are still damp and air-dry.
We recommend not ironing linen clothes to maintain softness and fluff. Although, if you still want to iron your linen products, do it at a low temperature whilst it is still a little humid. It will iron better and there will not be any need to wet it while doing so. Iron it from the inside out, this way the surface of linen will be protected from gloss and decoloring.
Do not bleach.
