Each model is supplied with a basic base.
The base and miniature are not glued together.
Multiple part figures are shipped in parts to minimize damage.
The models can be assembled using superglue.
Modeling glue/standard Citadel glue is not recommended.
I remove all sprues before shipping. However, as a by-product of the printing process, tiny marks may remain. These can easily be removed with a light sanding. In some cases, you may need to sand/file connection points to achieve your desired fit and utilize gap-fill putty. Typically after priming you won't be able to see any sanding marks.

Shipping Notes:
All figures are printed on order. Small orders of 3 minis or less typically take about 3 business days to process but larger orders need a week to print. Actual shipping times will depend on where you are located.
While I do not accept returns if something arrives damaged please let me know right away so that I can get a reprint going. Reprints are going to have the same processing time as it is printed again. I will accept reprint requests up to 5 days after delivery.
