Q: How do I choose the right size? A: All our dresses are made-to-order (except Ready to Ship collection). You can request a measurement guide before ordering! After ordering, I'll provide a detailed video guide for taking measurements. Simply select the closest size from our size chart (available in each listing). Need help choosing? Message me anytime!

Q: What are the delivery times? A: We offer: Standard shipping: 14-21 days Express shipping: 7-10 business days Q: Do you offer RUSH ORDERS? A: Yes! Contact me before ordering to discuss rush order options and timeline.

Q: Are dresses exactly as pictured? A: Yes! All our dresses are 100% original and match the photos exactly. Q: What about color variations? A: Colors may appear slightly different on different screens. We're happy to send fabric samples upon request. We use only high-quality fabrics, laces, and linings.

Q: What is your return policy? A: As each dress is custom-made, we can't accept returns or exchanges. However: Contact us within 7 days if you encounter any issues If the error is on our side, we'll do everything to fix it promptly

Q: Are there any additional fees? A: Customs fees vary by country: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes and customs duty that may apply in your country. Please research your state regulations regarding duty-free limits import or sales taxes

Q: Can I cancel my order? A: Yes, within 72 hours of placing your order. Contact me for cancellation.

**All of your gowns are offered to be sewn fully upon the individual measurements.

While placing your order, simply choose any standard size from the ones available and simply send us your individual measurements afterwards via a message.

Please look at the size chart and select the size you need. Or you can also send me your measurements, and I will help you choose right size. For the accuracy of the measurements, we recommend that they be made by a professional tailor. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Please note that we use only basic measurements! This means that you may need some help from a dressmaker. But usually our dresses sit perfectly right away.

If you want to change something in the original version, please let me know, I will recommend the best routes.
We can make some changes for the dress:
-combine skirts and tops of different dresses (not all dresses!);
-replace lace up with zipper+buttons;
-add / remove sleeves
-add/cancel trail.
-add more hard grids for fluffiness skirt., etc

We need for production 4-6 weeks.
-UPS delivery – 6-8 bussiness days

𝗖𝗨𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗠𝗦 𝗗𝗨𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦 upon receipt of the parcel:
-for brides from the USA and Canada - no need to pay.
-for brides from Europe, the customs duty is from 40 to 100 euros (often brides do not pay customs duty. it depends on the politics of your country).
-for other countries (please check with your country's customs office about this).
