Yes you can We acknowledge that people may be interested in products that we do not offer or currently do not display on our website. This may include filament type, color, size, or another product altogether. Can I see colors that you don’t have images for?

Yes you can. Please reach out via our Contact Form on our website with a color that you are interested in and we can get back to you with an image of the color that you may be looking for.

What is the difference between PLA, and PETG?

PLA is hard plastic. It’s what you normally see in toys or even most basic products. It is not recommended to leave in direct sunlight as it may distort the product. PLA is also not safe to use for drinking, consuming, using as a cup replacement, or where you may place your food on. PETG is a softer plastic. This is the type of plastic that you may see for plates, cups, or even replacement parts for machinery. etc. It has a higher heat resistant, thus is safer to display in direct sunlight. PETG is safe to use as a cup, plate, animal food or water bowl, etc.

What if there are flaws in my product?

With 3D printing, you may find minor flaws. This isn’t uncommon and unfortunately there’s nothing that can be done. These flaws should not make a big impact on how the product looks and performs for the most part. We do not give refunds for minor flaws. If you would like to see some examples of minor flaws please reach out via our Contact Form on our website with your inquiry. Some quick examples may be some small discoloration, or some visible layering underneath overhangs.

How do glow in the dark filaments work?

Simple! While the product may seem white or transparent, if you put it in sunlight or a high UV light and then surround it in darkness, it will glow! Some colors due tend to hold their glow longer than others. For example, purple is really hard to come through and loses it’s glow quicker than green or blue.

How does UV filament work?

UV filament defaults to one color, but then changes colors in UV lighting. Whether that’s by lamp or by sun. This is different from temperature-based filament. The UV should change colors quickly, and will also reverts back to it’s original color quickly once outside of UV rays.
