Can I return or exchange items?

Most of our products are seasonal items, special items for event( birthday) and personalized items. They may not be returned or exchanged. We do not guarantee on time arrival of seasonal items. A refund or return will not be permitted if your item does not arrive on time due to delays with the postal service, UPS or FedEx. Items considered seasonal feature designs that include New Years, Valentine’s Day, Easter's Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Halloween, and Christmas.

When will my order ship?

The processing time is 3-5 business days (does not include weekends or holidays) before an order ships depending on current order volume. Processing time for custom text orders is 5-7 business days (does not include weekends or holidays). The shipping time is 5-10 working days. If you need something by a specific date, please send me an Etsy message prior to ordering to confirm it will ship in time. I do not process urgent orders by leaving notes in the order.
