Seagull Pattern PDF INSTANT DOWNLOAD
Finished Size: 9”/23cm (sitting), 13”/33cm (standing)
Sandy the Seagull is a fun-loving, friendly fellow who loves long walks on the beach! You can make Sandy a traditional white, but seagulls remind me of all the yummy things you eat on a beach-side holiday like sticky fairy floss, melting ice-creams and fresh fish and chips so I decided to make him out of fabric covered in ice-creams, cakes and donuts! I think of seagulls with yellow legs but I looked in a bird book and MOST of the ones in Australia have red legs! So I made a yellow and a red-legged seagull for you to see. I wonder what colour legs you will make for Sandy?
RECOMMENDED FABRICS
Sandy was made of quilting cottons but would be nice in stretch fabrics like fleece, chenille or minky for a snuggly feel!
