UNDERSTANDING FRAME SIZES

Q: I have an A4-sized artwork (21x29.7 cm). How do I choose the right frame? A: When browsing our shop, the sizes listed represent the internal dimensions of the frame—the area it will hold. However, the visible section on the front will be slightly smaller because the edges of the frame overlap to secure your artwork. If you want the exact outer dimensions of the frame to fit a specific wall space, let us know, and we will customize the frame to your needs. For an A4 artwork, ordering an A4 frame (21x29.7 cm) ensures a snug fit with a slight edge overlap. If you would prefer the artwork to be fully visible, or have any other special requirements, feel free to contact us. We are happy to assist with customizati

ADDING A MAT TO YOUR FRAME

Q: Can I order a frame with a mat included? A: Yes! We can provide a mat in a wide variety of colors to complement your artwork or photo. If you would like to explore the options, check out the mats available in our shop: https://artaatelierhr.etsy.com/listing/1764663292. Let us know your preferred color when placing your order, and we will include it in your custom frame. Q: Are the mats you use high quality? A: Absolutely. We use only acid-free, conservation-grade mats to ensure your artwork remains protected over time. Our mats are designed to resist fading and bleeding, meeting strict archival standards. They are an excellent choice for preserving your cherished prints or photos.

Q: Can I order a custom-sized frame, and how much will it cost? A: Absolutely! We specialize in creating frames tailored to your exact needs, and we are happy to offer this service completely free of charge—you only pay for the frame itself. To make the process as smooth as possible, please provide the following details: • The size of your artwork or the overall dimensions you would like the frame to have • Your preferred frame style and color For added convenience, we have a personalization section where you can leave all the necessary details, such as the artwork dimensions, the desired outer size of the frame, or any other specifications. We are here to assist you in designing the perfect frame at no extra cost!

Q: How long does it take to receive my order once it is placed? A: Once we receive your payment, we begin constructing your frame. Each frame is carefully handcrafted to ensure the highest quality. Our standard production time is approximately 1–2 business days. During the holiday season and other peak times, increased demand may result in longer processing times. In such cases, production may extend to 4–5 business days. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience during these busy periods. If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to prioritize your request and ensure timely delivery.

Q: What is the largest frame size you can make? A: We can create frames in virtually any size, including large frames! However, due to shipping limitations, particularly for international orders, we are restricted by the maximum size that can be safely shipped via postal services. If you need a frame larger than what is listed in our shop, feel free to reach out, and we’ll be happy to discuss your specific requirements. Larger frames may also require an additional shipping charge due to their size. Let us know if you need a custom size or have specific shipping requirements!
