My order arrived damaged/didn't arrive.

Based on this issue, your order may qualify for the Etsy Purchase Protection Program (help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/7471925990807). This would require you to open a case. Once Etsy's team reviews the information provided (usually with 24-48 hours), they will issue you a full refund (you can open a case here: help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/5745586898199). Once your refund is received, you can place another order. Please reach out for information on how to proceed.

How do I get rid of the burnt wood smell?

Since these items are laser-cut from wood, there may be a strong burnt smell. We highly recommend laying out your laser-cut items in a flat layer (along with the bag) to air dry for approximately a day. Combined with use over time, the burnt smell will dissipate almost completely.

Can I replace/switch out part of my order for other items?

Once an order is placed for our stock items and sets, we are unable to replace/switch any part of them as we do our best to keep inventory on hand. If you wish to change any counters in any sets, please message us prior to placing your order and we will create a customized listing for you in order to create the set you need. Notes left at checkout to replace counters cannot be fulfilled.

They were very helpful, communicating, and kind to add in the customizations that I wanted even though it cost extra materials and time which I did not know at the time, but I am very thankful for their generosity. Item came in quick and in such high quality, just like I envisioned. Highly recommend from this store for custom deck boxes.

Such a cool card box, really good feel to it, sleeves cards can be a little bit of a fiddle, but they fit nice and snug once in, design really pops, i love it!
