How are sticker orders shipped? Is tracking included?

All sticker orders are typically sent out via USPS letter mail. If you'd prefer a different method of delivery, please reach out BEFORE placing your order (This allows me to create a customized listing for you with your desired expedited shipping options cost included). Tracking Limitations: Due to the nature of letter mail, tracking information provided by Etsy may be limited. USPS tracks letter mail differently, and it can be marked as delivered a day or two before it actually arrives at your home when it reaches your local post office. Note: Some orders may be stuck in pre-transit for a considerable time even AFTER delivery, so please be aware that the tracking system's reliability varies within Etsy’s system and is not a guarantee.

How long do sticker orders typically take?

Sticker orders typically arrive within 10 business days. If it has been longer than this and you haven't received any tracking updates, please don't hesitate to reach out to me.

My order hasn't arrived, What do I do?

If your package does not arrive as expected, I can direct you to Etsy's Buyer Protection Services to deal with missing packages. It is important to note that replacements will not be sent out solely based on claims of non-delivery. Next Steps: If you do need to address a missing package, please file a claim with Etsy's Buyer Protection, and once that is initiated, I will be happy to assist you in placing a new order. Thank you for your understanding as we work together to resolve any shipping issues that may arise!

Where are your products shipped from?

Our handcrafted items are shipped directly from our studio in Pennsylvania, while print-on-demand items like mugs, sweatshirts, t-shirts, and tote bags are fulfilled by our partner, Printify, from their distribution centers.

Will my order arrive in one package?

If your order includes both handcrafted items and print-on-demand products, they will be shipped separately. This means your items will be packaged separately and might also arrive on different days.

How long does shipping take?

Handcrafted items (stickers, Keychains, Baking items) usually ship within 2-4 days, while print-on-demand products typically ship within 3-5 days. Exact delivery time can vary depending on your location and postal delays. Etsy tracking may be delayed, so please be patient and trust that we 100% have not forgotten about our order.
