Of course! Just send us your measurements and we'll help you pick the right size for you. We could also make a custom size for you according to your measurements. However, please note that custom sizes made to your personal measurements are considered “custom orders” and are non-returnable.

How long does it take you to prepare an item?

Our bags are made to order. Standard orders ship within 2–10 business days; orders with custom sizes/colors or leather details ship within 7–14 business days. Ready-to-Ship items dispatch in 1–3 business days.

I want to return my package, do you accept returns?

Yes, we do! You can return your package within 15 days of receipt and we will issue a refund or an exchange as soon as we receive it. We only accept returns on items that are unused, unwashed and unaltered. Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable and any customs/import taxes paid by us will be deducted from the refund amount. Custom made items are not returnable.
