Custom and personalized orders

You can contact us anytime and we will work to make exactly what you're looking for. You can show us a picture of the space you want to decorate, and the colors you're trying to match. We will always send a photo to confirm colors/etc. before we begin your custom order. Orders will need to be paid in full before we begin our making process.

Gift wrapping and packaging

🎀 We are happy to help make sure your gift recipient knows you went the extra mile for them. Just send us a note and we will figure out the best wrapping for them. You can include a note too. We can handwrite it or it can be included as printed on the gift receipt.

🧽 With proper care, the felt garlands shouldn't need any cleaning. If necessary, you can spot clean with a barely damp cloth. Do not immerse the garland in water. Since you can re-use your garland forever, for proper storage please store it in the bag in came with, and even then, in am airtight bag just to keep the dust off. If your garland doesn't have fully touching balls elements (a spaced style), keep the little "winders" it came with so you can keep it tangle free when you store it.
