• Upper arm: the widest part of your upper arm ( cm / inches )
• Arm length: from the shoulder tip to your wrist ( cm / inches )

The coat is beautifully made, the fabric has great quality, and customer service was lovely. 💖 Only the hood is a bit too big for my taste and I didn't really see in the pictures that the sleeves are puffed. But that's on me, I guess. 😅
