How do I download my purchases?

Etsy will email you a download link where you’ll be able to securely access your purchases.

I purchased a digital item, but I don't have an Etsy account.

If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.

I can’t seem to find my download notification email.

First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, add transaction [!at] etsy.com to your address book or safe list.

Can I access my digital purchases from within my account?

Yes! To access your digital file(s), go to Your Account > Purchases and reviews and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed. If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray.

• Not sure your file will work? Send it over and we'll let you know before you order.

QUALITY YOU CAN FEEL
Each napkin is made from soft three-ply tissue that holds up to real use at the party, so it's more than just decoration. Your design is digitally printed in full color, which keeps logos and graphics crisp and bright on the white napkin. (The sample design in the photo is a placeholder. Your own artwork is printed in its place.)

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
Printing starts once you approve your proof, so please check your messages after you order to keep things on schedule. Have an event date? Tell us when you order and we'll do our best to help you plan your timeline.

PAIR IT WITH CUSTOM COASTERS
We also make custom printed coasters. Order them with your napkins for a matching, personalized look at your bar or reception. You'll find them in our shop.

Questions about sizes, quantities or your artwork? Send us a message here on Etsy and we'll be glad to help.
