Highlights
What a lovely vintage Longaberger basket! It has a flat base and made of wood slats, and a solid wood lid, with leather hinges and leather latch. The interior has the original plastic formed lining. The basket has a long dark brown leather adjustable carrying strap with a brass Longaberger buckle. The latch fastens with a magnet, but is made to look like a snap.
The size of this basket seems to be designed to be carried as a purse / handbag. The basket is in very good condition. It was made in 2000.
