Oh no - rats! Rats and Ratfolk might be misunderstood, but that doesn't stop these rowdy rodents from being a great addition to any D&D, Pathfinder, or fantasy TTRPG campaign. This set of rats can work well as enemies, NPCs of questionable trustworthiness, or even PCs. These miniatures can also stand in for Ratfolk or Skaven in various tabletop wargames, such as Frostgrave. SCALING NOTES AND OPTIONS:
When scaling miniatures, we use the rule of thumb that the scale refers to the height of a 6-foot model from feet to eye level. This is the most common approach used by miniature designers and manufacturers, so it helps to ensure that the miniatures we sell will match others in your collection. Note that scale DOES NOT refer to the height of the miniature; most miniatures will be larger or smaller depending on the character's height.

Using reference models, we scale all miniatures by hand and always scale uniformly to respect the artist's original design intentions. This approach ensures that any miniatures we sell should be relatively consistent with one another when purchasing models at the same scale. However, miniature proportions can still vary significantly (i.e., "realistic" vs. "heroic") among models with the same scale.

BASE NOTES AND OPTIONS:
For miniatures that ship on bases, we use Dungeons & Dragons guidelines to select a base size. These guidelines are as follows:

Medium and Smaller Creatures: 1 inch/25mm
Large Creatures: 2 inch/50mm
Huge Creatures: 3 inch/76mm
Gargantuan Creatures: 4 inch/101mm

These miniatures do not print on bases. If you select one of the base included options, we will ship enough bases of the appropriate size and style with your order. For the attached options, we'll attach the bases before shipping. If you select "no bases," your order will not include any bases.

If you need your miniatures on a very specific base size (such as for wargames that use movement trays), we highly recommend contacting us first or purchasing unbased miniatures.

MATERIAL NOTES:
All miniatures are printed in a custom-blended 8k ABS-like resin. This blend helps to increase strength and decrease brittleness, but it's still important to treat these miniatures gently to avoid breakage. Additionally, resin miniatures may show minor blemishes from cleaning, curing, or support removal. These blemishes are similar to sprue marks or mold lines on plastic miniatures and clean up easily with a standard hobby knife and file.

We print all miniatures in gray resin, but the actual color may vary from that in the images. The color of miniatures in a single order will usually be consistent, although there may be some minor variations in larger orders.

SHIPPING NOTES:
Note that all of our miniatures are fully produced in-house and made-to-order based on the options selected at checkout. As a result, expect processing times of 5-10 days for most orders, with very large orders potentially requiring additional time for editing, production, and packaging. Unbased miniatures will typically ship more quickly than based miniatures, although this isn't a guarantee.
