1. How long does it take for delivery?

Delivery takes from 8 to 18 business days. Sometimes, there may be delays due to the pandemic disruption to shipping and postal operations. Normally we don't have any visibility of the reason for these delays. Please consider this before contacting us.

2. How to care for silicone molds?

We recommend that you store the molds in a closed container or bag to keep dust from the molds. Before storing, you should wash with warm running water and mild soap, and leave to dry.

3. Where are the molds made?

80% of molds are handmade by ourselves in our workshop here in Singapore. We order the rest of the molds from a factory in China.

4. How to care for cutters?

After working with cutters, you should wash with mild soap and cold water. Never wash your cutters in the dishwasher!

5. What plastic are the cutters made of?

The cutters are made of ABC plastic, safe to work with for both polymer clay and baking such as biscuits. Children's toys are made from this type of plastic. The only feature of this plastic is that it cannot be heated or it will completely lose it's shape.

6. Do the cutters cut well?

We continually seek to improve the quality of our cutters. We make the walls smoother and thinner to cut better and cleaner. However, some of our designs may still need sanding to tune the edge.

7. Do you sell wholesale?

Yes, we do sell wholesale for molds, 3D cutters, and embossing plates. Please contact me with your requirements.

8. Can I use silicone molds for epoxy and UV resin?

All molds are suitable for epoxy and UV resin. However pink molds are better suited for epoxy. For UV, be aware that you need to keep it under the lamp for a long time (about 30 minutes).

9. What liquid silicone do you use to create your molds?

I usually use Platinum transparent silicone 10 shr (hardness) and sometimes translucent Platinum silicone 15 shr (hardness). Molds made from such silicone are more durable than colored silicones.

Instructions for using Image Transfer Paper:
- Roll out the clay on a clean surface. For best results, use white or light colour clay.
- Attach the picture with the bright side to the clay.
- Run your fingers over the entire surface of the paper, making sure that the picture is firmly attached to the clay.
- Leave for 5-10 minutes so that the paint adheres well to the clay.
- Using a spray of water, spray well on the surface of the paper with clay. The paper will dissolve in 10-15 seconds.
- Then gently remove the paper with your finger.
- Dry the clay with a paper towel.
- After it is completely dry, you can bake the clay as usual.
- After baking, the paint holds perfectly and without additional coating. However, you can cover with Resin if you want the product to be glossy, or cover with Polyurethane, or a similar product.
