Do you offer refunds for any situation?

In many cases of a delayed package, we will help you receive a refund through Etsy Buyer and Seller Protection. Please reach out to us directly if there's a different issue that needs addressing. We will do everything we can to help make it right.

How fast will you ship my item?

We ship your order within 1 business day of receiving a printable file. While we ship the order within 1 business day, delivery time is dependent on what you select at check out. We have options for free standard shipping, UPS Ground, UPS 2 Day, UPS 3 Day and UPS Next Day Air Saver. It's important that you check any Etsy Messages in case your file is too low resolution to print.

What if my package doesn't arrive by the Etsy estimated date of arrival?

If your item doesn't arrive on time, we will help you open a case with Etsy to receive a refund. Since we purchase all mailing labels through Etsy, we can't refund the amount directly. Instead, we must follow the case system that Etsy has in place.

We do can offer proofs big head orders for a small fee. Please note the proofing process takes a few days and is not recommended for orders needed soon. We will notify you if your image is poor resolution if you'd like to forego the proofing process.
