*Handmade using super soft 4 layer cotton muslin*
*Use hot to relax or soothe sore muscles, or cold to reduce swelling and relive headaches.*
*Simply use at room temperature over eyes for a deeper relaxation experience.*
*Microwave- 30 secs 800W /Oven- 10 mins 120°C/ Freeze- 30 mins+/ Do not use a gas cooker or grill to heat and do not over heat. Heat inner bag only and sprinkle with water before heating.*
*Cover can be hand washed at 30°C*
*Dimensions are approx. 25cm x 15cm x 2cm*
